One of the most-anticipated MCU TV series is Moon Knight, based on the popular Marvel Comics character created by Doug Moench and Don Perlin. The six-episode series has been filming for several months in Hungary and, according to one of its crew members, it has finally finished.
Per ComicBook.com, in an Instagram post, makeup artist Donald Mowat has revealed that filming for the MCU series has finally wrapped. He posted a photo of himself at the bottom of a canyon with a caption, “That’s a wrap. ‘Cheers thanks a lot’ to all our main and second unit team and cast.” He tagged stars Oscar Isaac and May Calamawy along with the hashtags “#moonknight” and “#castandcrew.”
However, the post has been deleted since then, perhaps because it is a piece of revealing information, and Marvel is known for keeping their secrets tight-lipped. If what Mowat posted is true, it is great to hear that the series has finally finished filming since fans have been excited to see it ever since Kevin Feige announced the project back in 2019. Moon Knight is one of the beloved characters in the Marvel comics that fans have been clamoring to see on the screen and we will finally see him get integrated into the MCU.
