French pay TV broadcaster Canal+ and Lionsgate-owned streaming platform Starzplay are collaborating on an adaptation of Marc Levy’s book All Those Things We Never Said.
French actor Jean Reno stars in the 10×30’ comedy-drama, which is a father and daughter story set over two timelines and in various European cities. The series is written by Levy and Miguel Courtois.
All Those Things We Never Said is Starzplay’s first French-language copro to be released in the UK and Ireland, German-speaking countries, Benelux, Spain, Italy and Latin America as part of its first run.
The series is being produced by Levy, who also acts as showrunner, along with Susanna Lea, Alain Pancrazi and Jean-Baptiste Frey. Anna Marsh and Françoise Guyonnet produce for French prodco and distributor StudioCanal.
Canal+ Group holds the rights to the show in France and French-speaking territories, Poland, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, French-speaking Africa, Myanmar and Vietnam. StudioCanal holds the remaining rights.
