Kevin Hart has revealed he is all set to wrap up “Borderlands.” He also shared his experience filming in Budapest.
The comedian flaunted his ripped body and six-pack abs in the latest photo shared on Wednesday on Instagram.
“Approaching the end of Borderlands & I gotta be honest…I am so blown away by the work that was done here in Budapest,” the 41-year-old comedian wrote. “From top to bottom….our cast & crew & production team & studio were all A 1 on this project.”
The comedian further noted that the Eli Roth movie will be “super special” and “unexpected.”
“Stepping into the world of real action has been everything that I thought it would be plus so much more,” the comedian wrote. “Major thank you to everyone that helped me prepare for this role….from my navy seal friends to my weapon training to the hand to hand combat.”
“It was all worth it….. The world is in for a treat with ‘Borderlands’ MARK MY WORDS!!!!!” he said and thanked his fitness trainer, Ron Boss Everline.
Everline responded to Hart’s post and wrote, “We aren’t done yet and you weren’t supposed to post a picture a—-le.”
“Borderlands” is based on a popular video game with the same name by Gearbox Software. The movie is penned by Roth and Craig Mazin. It also includes Ariana Greenblatt, Cate Blanchett, Florian Munteanu, Gina Gershon, Jamie Lee Curtis and Bobby Lee.
The comedian previously shared a photo while he was filming the movie in April.
Entertainment company Lionsgate first announced the movie adaptation of the video game in August 2015. After five years, Roth was roped in to direct the movie. In January, Hart joined the team. He will portray Roland in the adaptation.
Besides “Borderlands,” Hart will be seen in “Fatherhood,” which is releasing this Friday on Netflix.
He will also feature in an adventure comedy movie, “The Man from Toronto,” which is slated to release on Jan.14 next year. The movie is helmed by Patrick Hughes and it also stars Kaley Cuoco, Woody Harrelson, Ellen Barkin and Lela Loren.
